Hey, I'm Rachel
A Business & Career Coach
Growing up in a quaint town where everyone knew everyone, the thought of venturing into entrepreneurship was foreign, almost taboo. But life had other plans...

About my background...
I come from a long line of teachers and academics. The very essence of my upbringing revolved around the belief that a solid education, topped with a government job, was the epitome of success. So, I diligently followed the path set out for me, graduating from a prestigious university (Yale) with a degree in business management, which seemed like a balance between stability and aspiration.
By my mid-20s, I found myself at the helm of significant projects, managing hefty portfolios, with a handsome paycheck reflecting in my bank account monthly. On the outside, I had it all— a thriving career, a modern condo in the city, and parents who wore their pride on their sleeves. Yet, within, a storm brewed. Days started blending into one another in a monotonous loop of boardroom meetings, client calls, and targets. I often found myself pondering, "Is this it? Is this the dream I chased?"
A deep realization struck: I was living a narrative penned by others, not one of my own choosing.

While my parents envisioned a linear, risk-free life for me, I began to yearn for more. I yearned to make a tangible difference, to chart my own course. So, with a blend of caution and ambition, I began my entrepreneurial venture. Initially, I leaned into what I knew best, imparting management and leadership skills I had acquired. Later, I delved into digital marketing, a realm that had always fascinated me.
It wasn’t a rags-to-riches tale; my path was filled with cautious steps. I didn't resign in a blaze of glory or defiance (nor should you!) Instead, I moonlighted, balancing my corporate duties with my burgeoning business until I was sure my entrepreneurial venture could sustain me.
The hard work paid off. Within a span of a year, I was generating revenue beyond my expectations, making over $30K in a quarter while juggling my job. This success wasn't just about the numbers. It was the exhilaration of creating, of leading, of steering my ship.
